Track Every Interview Experience
Recruiter screen, technical, system design — each round with its own questions, rating and outcome.
Every round under one company
Questions and answers, logged per round
Ratings and outcomes you can compare
Share your interview experience anonymously with the community
Built around interview rounds
One entry per company, with every round, question and outcome nested underneath it.
Rounds inside an interview
Screen, technical, system design, hiring manager, onsite. Each round carries its own date, format, interviewer and notes under the same company.
A question log per round
Write down what was asked and what you answered. Two weeks later, when a similar company asks a similar question, you have your own notes.
Rate how it went
A rating and an outcome per round. Across a dozen interviews the pattern is usually clearer than the feeling you had walking out.
Attached to the application
Every interview hangs off a tracked job, so the role, the link and the interview history open together instead of living in three places.
Rounds become calendar events
Schedule a round and it appears on the job search calendar automatically. The round stays authoritative — edit it there, not on the calendar.
Share it when it is over
Publish your write-up anonymously to the community interview experiences feed and help the next person walking into the same loop. Sharing is always your call.
How the interview tracker works
Three steps, best done the same day as the round.
Create the interview
Pick the company and role from your board, or add a new one. The interview attaches itself to that application.
Add each round
Date, type, interviewer, format. Add the round before it happens so it lands on your calendar, then come back and fill in what was asked.
Log the questions and the result
Questions, your answers, a rating, the outcome. This is the part that pays off in the next loop, at the next company.
Interview tracker questions
Common questions about logging rounds, questions and outcomes.
How is this different from the job tracker board?
The board tracks the application — one card per role, moving through statuses. The interview tracker sits underneath it and records what happened inside the interviewing stage: each round, each question, each outcome.
Can I log multiple rounds for one company?
That is the point of it. One interview entry per company and role, with as many rounds nested underneath as the loop has — screen, technical, system design, hiring manager, onsite.
Are my interview notes private?
Yes, by default. Interview entries are scoped to your account and nobody else can read them. A write-up becomes public only when you explicitly share it to the community feed.
Do scheduled rounds show on the calendar?
Yes. A round with a date creates a calendar event automatically. Because the round is the source of truth, edit the round rather than the derived event — a direct calendar edit gets overwritten on the next round save.
Can I read other people’s interview experiences?
Yes, without an account. The community interview experiences feed at /community/interview-experiences is public — shared write-ups of real interview loops, searchable by company.
Do I need to track the job first?
It helps, since interviews hang off an application, but you can create the job and the interview in the same flow if a recruiter reached out before you ever applied.
Still have questions?
Write it down while you remember it
Sign in and log the interview you had this week, before it blurs into the next one.
