By accessing or using Lampzi ("we", "us", "our", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including your name, email, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Service & Pricing

Lampzi provides an online resume builder with ATS-friendly, LaTeX-powered templates. Each resume is available for a one-time fee as mentioned on the home page or checkout page. You may edit and download your purchased resume for up to one year from the date of payment.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting contact@lampzi.com. Refunds are subject to review and may take up to 7 business days to process.

5. User Data & Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our service (such as your name, email, and hashed password). Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as required by law. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and materials on Lampzi are the property of Lampzi and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Compliance & Jurisdiction

Lampzi is operated from Bangalore, India, and complies with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of Lampzi constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
